Our Story
Our Fork in the Road Moment
The greatest job in the world is dreaming… but it can also be the hardest. Anyone in innovation will tell you that coming up with an idea is the easy part. The real challenge lies in vetting, testing, and building. It’s a daily grind of problem-solving and the truest test of resilience.
But one thing we’ve learned is that having friends along for the journey makes the process easier. After countless hack-a-thons that felt gatekept and innovation experiments that fizzled out before they could flourish, we realized what was missing: community. The truth is, building an external community is hard, and not everyone can “risk it all” to become an entrepreneur.
So, if employees can’t find their way to the entrepreneur’s path, we thought—why not bring the path to them?
And from that simple realization, SoftFork was born—a fork in the innovation paradigm. We set out to create a space where innovation thrives internally, where every employee has the chance to turn their ideas into something real, without risking it all.
